Welcome to my website.  My name is David Tyrrell and I have been a professional facilitator for Spirit for 35 years. My spiritual awakening began in 1990, when I had experienced a short period of homelessness in Aberdeen.  It was during that time that I began to see and connect with spirits.  This led me to seek guidance from well respected mediums  to help me understand what was happening. Through their guidance both in individual mentoring and within circle, I became aware of my natural ability to channel.

 

I was also guided to connect with a Reiki Master, who both supported me with my physical health and trained me in the Art of Reiki at Level 1 & 2. Due to these practices, my commitment to work with Spirit was strengthened and grounded for both myself and others.  In the mid 1990's, I relocated to Edinburgh and this is where I met my Reiki Master teacher, who guided me through Reiki 3 training to achieve my Masters in Reiki.

My life and work then took me to the Netherlands, where I opened a Complimentary Therapy and Crystal shop. Here I shared my channelling and healing gifts with others. Through sharing these gifts,  I developed a deeper awareness, understanding and knowledge of the work that was flowing through me from Spirit, which resulted in being invited to work across the whole of Europe.

In 2016, I returned to Scotland and continued my work with Spirit, teaching in groups, meditation circles, and personal mentoring and then in 2018 the inspiration and co-creation of the AuraMists began.  This has allowed my work to be shared more widely and has helped to support the wellbeing of many others.

After a couple of recent personal retreat, during 2024  being with my own energy and space being given for guidance both on a personal level as well as for my work, I am standing back from my personal channellings.

I have been channelling professionally for many people located world wide, however, I am now being very strongly guided to work with my skills in other ways. This is very much Mother Earth and nature based. Some of which I will be sharing in time on my blog page and on my other platforms.
